Coffee or basket orders may be placed
at our ON-LINE STORE, located
on our site. Our site is 100% secure, and ordering is easy
and convenient.
Do you offer other services beyond your retail offering?
Yes. Fox River Coffee Co. offers full service (equipment
and coffee delivered to your business), private label, and
wholesale products.
Can I specify whole bean or ground for my order?
Yes. When placing an order on our site, simply select from
the pull-down list of whole, or ground preferences.
What grind setting should I consider?
We have selected grinds based on intended equipment use.
The following options are available when placing an order
from us:
- Whole-Bean (NOT GROUND)
- Auto Drip – Home Brewer
- Espresso – Fine
- Turkish – Extremely fine
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted for on-line orders.
Checks and money orders are also accepted for phone orders
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. Our payment processing is secure and handled in strictest
confidence. Further, we will never share your personal information
or email for any reason other than required by law
Can I order over the phone?
Yes. We understand that even though our site is 100% secure,
ordering online is a new experience for many. Please call
or fax your order into us at 920-720-0066 if you are uncomfortable
ordering online. We will be happy to assist. We are available
between 8:00am-4:30pm Central Time, Monday-Friday.
How will my order be shipped?
We utilize the US Postal Service Priority Mail, and UPS
for orders placed on our site. Orders are ground-shipped
with a typical delivery lead-time of 2 days. Your order
will be filled directly from our roaster into a resealable,
airtight package with degas lever, to ensure you receive
only the freshest coffee.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We generally ask that you allow 3-4 business days to process
and deliver your order. Customers along the extreme east,
west and southern coasts may add an additional 1-2 days
to delivery lead-time.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Coffee orders delivered within the Continental US are charged
a fixed rate equivalent to 1 lb Priority Mail...regardless
of order size. For customers ordering 2 or more lbs, this
is truly a great value! Whether 1 lb or 10 lbs, you pay
only the 1 lb shipping price! For basket orders, we charge
the lowest shipping price the Postal Service or UPS offers
to deliver your order.

Can I return a product?
Fox River Coffee Co. stands behind the quality of all our
products. If a product fails to meet your expectations,
you may return the item to the address below. We will credit
your account for the amount of the returned merchandise
upon receipt.
